Lead Team Douglas during the Summer 2025 term! As the team lead I didn't focus in one area, but rather got to experience in many different sections from programming to art prototyping. I assisted in the narrative and art implementation along with keeping the team organized, positive, and on track to meet our goals.

Hi. I'm Quinn, a Game Design & Development student in my last semester at RIT. I worked on the narrative and level design for Changeling in 2025. My level design work was for the intro levels of Changeling. I worked on the narrative throughout different parts of the game. I really enjoyed the chance to work in creative roles!

Ralston Galbraith
I am Ralston Galbraith, a current RIT Game Design and Development student. I worked on Changeling VR during the summer of 2025 part-time time where I worked with the onboarding team. Our goal was to optimize the tutorial and the beginning story beats of the game. I added new mechanics, reorganized level layouts, and wrote plenty of documentation. Along with the technical development, I participated in many playtests and bug reports.

Hello reader, it's the very person whose mug you're looking at. During my time contributing to Changeling, I've had to wear many different hats. I've been a programmer, a UI designer, a rendering specialist, a 3d modeler, a mentor, and probably a few more things that I've forgotten. If I'm lucky, you might see a fraction of what I've accomplished in the final release. Nowadays, I'm hard at work making your next favorite game. (Yes, you reading this!)

During my time here in 2022, I mostly worked on puzzle design in the Father's level. I switched to a more general position in 2025, with a focus on fixing bugs and tweaking things to flow nicely for the player.

Worked on creating concepts to pitch to the Art team, created blueprint code for items as needed, and redesigned the layout of the Onboarding level. Massive video game and movie nerd. Absolutely will recite the lore of Destiny on demand.

Hi, I'm Aidan, a Game Design and Development BS student at Rochester Institute of Technology. I consider myself a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to game design; I have always taken an interest in both the coding and artistic sides of the design process and I am able to fulfill any role that is expected of me on a team. For Changeling VR I worked as a Lead Level Designer for the Tween’s Level. I have loved designing and iterating on fun and compelling puzzles using the level’s “warp-launcher” mechanic.

Hello! I am the Producer of the Summer 2024 Changeling Production. I am enthusiastic about design and encouraging a healthy, happy work environment for all! Under my leadership the Changeling team was able to launch the game into Early Access on Steam, which included several level rehauls and various polishing points across the entire game. Outside of Changeling I am most commonly enjoying hobbies in PC and tabletop gaming, enjoying the outdoors, traveling to Toronto to see my S.O., and Supervising at the Red Fern in Rochester, NY.

Hi! I am a versatile game/software developer and designer. I utilize my programming skills to build efficient and impactful programs that combine play and simulation, and my creative writing skills to craft imaginative worlds and encounters. I explored all these areas in Changeling VR by implementing an engaging puzzle that combines realistic digging physics with a dinosaur bone matching game, by solidifying the game's narrative and dialogue, and by finalizing the level design and progression for my dino puzzle and my team's overall level.
